Jessica could tell he didn’t seem alright but she ignored it because he obviously didn’t want to talk about it. “I’ve been good.” She smiled, her life was alright as of right now but it was kind of boring. She was one of those people who was always waiting for something to happen.
He nods but does not comment any further. He ought to go back to work – Crawford is waiting for his profile of the murder victim and possibly a motive – if the crime scene provides enough evidence for the profiler to connect the dots

“What are you doing here?” He hopes the question does not sound rude. “Out in the field, I mean.”

Jessica chuckled as he smiled that faint smile of his, he rarely smiled but when he did it was more of a slight smirk, “Tell me about it.” She said looking up at him, “How have you been?” She was starting to feel a bit nervous. She didn’t really know why but she figured it was just because she hadn’t seen him in a long time and he probably though of her as just one of his young students. Though she thought he was completely brilliant.
“I’ve been – good.” It was a lie. His nightmares have gotten worse, he spends most of the night awake and unable to sleep, Garret jacob Hobbs still haunts him even during the day, images of the angels hover over his bed – but the profiler was not in the mood to discuss his personal problems, not out in public with other agents around them, and not witch a body that needed to be inspected lying just at his feet.
“And yourself?”

“Will?” Jessica knew that Will was helping the FBI now but she hadn’t seen him yet, when she was sure it was him her face lit up. She had missed him a lot and really wanted to see him. When Jack told her he was going to be working with them for a while she had gotten really excited and was waiting for this moment. “Will!” She shouted running over to him wanting to hug him but refraining her self so she didn’t seem to crazy, “It’s so good to see you!”
Looking up from the body that was left on the ground when his name could be heard, Will Graham turns in time to see a girl make her way towards him. At first her identity was lost to him, and how she knew who he was was also lost upon the profiler, but upon further inspection he remembers her from the Academy – a former student of his.
Standing up and turning to face her, he greets her with a faint smile. “Jessica. It’s been a while."
